Our journey began before 1956 when Mr. Om Prakash Jindal from Punjab started a trading company dealing in spare parts for sewing machines, bush shafts, machine oil, and more. In 1956, he registered a proprietorship firm named Shyam Traders after his son.
- 1959: Shyam Traders became one of the first traders to deal in genuine spare parts for brands like USHA and later added BAJAJ to its offerings.
- 1967: Mr. Shyam Sunder Jindal joined the business after graduating from Hansraj College, with a vision to expand internationally. Shyam Traders soon became a top choice in India for fan, cooler, and sewing machine spare parts.
- Expansion Overseas: Mr. S.S. Jindal explored export opportunities in Hong Kong, Germany, Thailand, and Europe.
- New Leadership: After Mr. S.S. Jindal's passing, his son Mr. P.B. Jindal took over, becoming the first authorized spare parts distributor for Whirlpool India.
- 2001-2006: Mr. P.B. Jindal received the Top Distributor Award from Whirlpool India for five consecutive years.
- 2010: Ventured into manufacturing, starting with submersible pumps for aquariums, fountains, and coolers.
- 2013: Established Manju Industries, expanding the product line to include LEDs, wires, cables, capacitors, geysers, and water filters.
Today, with over six decades of experience, Shyam Traders continues to uphold its motto of "Customer Satisfaction", while Manju Industries carries forward the legacy with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
